- Most products are shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order.

- Custom and personalized orders ship from the warehouse within 3-10 business days after placing the order.

- Once the order has shipped out you will receive a tracking number.

Once your order is shipped out it is normally delivered between 2-15 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Please be aware that the shipping time does not include packaging/handling time to get your order ready for shipment, which is 1-3 business days for standard orders. Some products may be shipped from a different country and can take longer to arrive.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier are out of our control, once your order is in transit you would need to contact the shipping carrier for details on your package, or use your tracking number to look up the delivery status.

Most of our products will be shipped from warehouses located throughout the USA.

Some products may be shipped from other countries and this can increase the delivery time mentioned above.

Why have I not yet received a tracking number?

Normally your order will be updated and a shipping confirmation will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

1-3 days for most products.

3-10 days for personalized products.

If you didn’t receive a tracking number after the time frame stated above, just send us an email. Our customer service team will get back to you with your tracking number.

Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Therefore you might receive more then one tracking number for your order.

Please keep this in mind when ordering multiple products, as not all items are always shipped in the same package.
